The method of purchasing VAT-free from our website is very simple and is part of the checkout process. All you need to do is make a short declaration about the type of disability. No proof of disability is required.

To purchase VAT-free, simply select the product/s you wish to order as normal.
When you are taken through to the checkout section, there is a simple VAT Exemption form to complete. Simply provide us with this information and the name, address of the person the product is for.
