Welcome to the Gel Ovations Europe Ltd website. These terms govern how you use www.gelovationseurope.com.
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Note: Products and prices on this site are for online purchases only. Therefore, these terms apply only to website orders.

1. Definitions

For clarity:

  • Buyer: the person who buys or agrees to buy Goods from Gel Ovations Europe Ltd.

  • Conditions: these terms of sale, plus any special terms we agree in writing.

  • Delivery Address: where we deliver the Goods.

  • Delivery Date: the agreed delivery date.

  • Goods: the items you purchase.

  • Price: the cost of the Goods, excluding VAT unless we state otherwise.

  • Seller: Gel Ovations Europe Ltd.

2. Conditions of Sale

These Conditions apply to every contract for the sale of Goods. Consequently, they override other terms unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you need special conditions, state them in writing at purchase.
Finally, we treat all orders as offers to buy under these Conditions.

3. Price and Payment

We set the Price on the invoice, and we charge VAT at the current rate.
You pay in full at the time of purchase.
If a deposit applies, see Condition 6.

4. Warranty and Liability

We provide a Warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing from the Delivery Date.
In addition, any replacement parts remain covered for the balance of the original Warranty period.
However, the Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
After the Warranty ends, we may offer repairs and charge a reasonable fee.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Buyer.

5. Delivery

We give delivery dates as estimates. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for delays outside our control.
We deliver Monday to Friday.
If we cannot deliver within 12 weeks, either party may cancel the order, and we will refund any deposit.

6. Variations and Acceptance of Goods

Before delivery, we may update the design or specification if the change does not reduce quality or performance.
If we must lower the specification, we will notify you with any Price adjustment. You may then cancel within 7 days and receive a refund of any deposit.
On delivery, inspect the Goods and report any defects immediately or within a reasonable time. Reports made later will be reviewed at our discretion.

7. Passing of Property

You gain ownership once we receive full payment and complete delivery.
Risk transfers to you on delivery.

9. Refunds

We process refunds—full or partial—within up to 7 days from the agreed date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England.

11. Right to Cancel

You may cancel within 7 calendar days from the date of this notice.
Please send cancellation in writing by delivery, post, or email. For posting, we recommend recorded delivery.
