Our Made to Measure service provides fully bespoke gel solutions, tailored to individual anatomy, equipment, and clinical requirements.
We cut Dimensional Gel and Flat Gel to any size or shape, and produce custom pads and covers for wheelchairs, seating systems, armrests, headrests, footplates, trays, and more. Products can be manufactured from drawings, templates, or measurements to ensure precise integration with existing equipment.
Designed for complex or high-risk cases, this service enables targeted pressure redistribution where it is needed most – and is often where new product innovations begin.
