Gel Covers for Permobil Footplates
Gel Covers for Permobil Footplates provide additional cushioning and protection between the user’s feet and the wheelchair footplates.
Designed for situations where the feet may be vulnerable to prolonged contact with a firm footplate surface, the covers incorporate Gel Ovations Dimensional Gel to create a softer, more conformable contact area.
They can provide a practical addition to wheelchair seating where additional protection and comfort are required around the feet.
Dimensional Gel Foot Protection
The feet can be exposed to pressure, friction and shear where they remain in prolonged contact with wheelchair footplates.
The Dimensional Gel within the covers provides a soft, supportive interface between the feet and footplates, helping cushion vulnerable contact areas and improve comfort during wheelchair use.
Secure Velcro Fitting
Each Permobil footplate gel cover is manufactured with a Velcro base to make fitting straightforward and help keep the cover securely positioned.
The corresponding stick-on loop Velcro is also supplied for fitting.
